It possesses a dense and tight structure which will over time and use, accentuate the wood’s naturally high-shine finish into a deep patina. The trims have been platinum plated, another subtle but considered finish. On the writing side, this 18k gold nib is smooth with a touch of bounce. This pen is better used un-posted.
